Meet Shannon Davidson

Shannon is a dedicated music educator, worship leader, and choir director passionate about empowering students with comprehensive musical knowledge. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education at the University of Valley Forge, she has maintained academic excellence while actively engaging in performance and leadership roles. With a foundation in vocal training from the Girard Academic Music Program, her journey in music has been marked by a commitment to both artistic and educational excellence.

With extensive hands-on experience, Shannon has worked as a music teacher at Christwood School in India, a worship leader and choir director at Southwest SDA Church and the University of Valley Forge, and has been an intern at Restore Studios for the last 5 years. Rising quickly in leadership roles, she has developed music curricula, trained educators, conducted choirs, and contributed to worship services. Her expertise in music instruction, childhood development, and event planning has played a pivotal role in her success as both an educator and performer.

Expanding her horizons, Christa made a life-changing move to Atlanta to immerse herself in the music industry. Displaying her versatility as a triple threat, she signed with both a film/television and musical theatre agency, booking notable commercials and shows. Her remarkable talent even propelled her to become a finalist for coveted Broadway productions like MJ & SIX. Committed to personal and professional growth, Christa has received her Masters in Songwriting from the esteemed Berklee College of Music. Fueled by a desire to pay it forward, Christa drew upon these invaluable experiences to create the Vocal Freedom Formula at Restore Studios.

Beyond teaching, Shannon is an accomplished vocalist and musician, proficient in songwriting, conducting, vocal arranging, piano, and ukulele. Her talents have earned her several accolades, including a music scholarship and the Pioneer Award, as well as performance opportunities at major events such as Mayor Kenney’s Inauguration and the All-City High School Concert Choir at the Kimmel Center. With a holistic approach to music education, Shannon continues to inspire and mentor aspiring artists, fostering confidence and artistic growth in every student she works with.
